PAUL JOHNSON, Owner, CEO

With a 17-year track record of achievements in buying and rehabbing properties Paul discovered that his passion was for helping owners out of distressed situations, while also creating beautiful new homes for someone to love. He then expanded his efforts in real estate by obtaining his realtor’s license to be in a position of helping sellers with ethical financial options — of which there are many.
With the skills he developed early on in a highly specialized career in the steel industry, Paul acknowledged and embraced the importance of continuous personal growth and expertise as part of his intense work ethic. Thus, as he gained greater success each year in the real estate world through the demanding process of trial and error, Paul continued to attend advanced mastermind classes and strategic seminars. He knew without a doubt that this comprehensive knowledge would be valuable in helping others, while guiding them away from the unseen pitfalls of the unexperienced.
Paul decided to take this commitment to the next level by building a network of invaluable contacts and highly regarded business associates in companies throughout the Las Vegas community. Then, in bringing his team together he made sure that each had a strong business background and work ethic — along with a passion for helping people through the multiple financial solutions available in the real estate world.
Each member of Paul’s team has been in difficult positions and had to learn how to overcome obstacles. This important part of life’s journey has given every member the strength and the confidence to move forward in any situation … while developing a tremendous amount of compassion for anyone facing any one of life’s challenges. DIANE ROBISON, Director of Operations

Diane’s passionate and intense study of real estate — and how people’s lives are transformed by where they live, which home they choose to reflect who they are, and when they need to change those circumstances based on life’s needs — has always been an active part of her journey as well. She understands how each of us relates to our home and our environment, because she has lived that dynamic several times throughout her life.
Having built a strong and productive career in the business world and the creative arts, Diane developed outstanding communication skills and specialized in finding solutions under intense conditions, no matter what circumstance arose. Through achievements carved out as a life-long entrepreneur, Diane discovered that understanding people, and sharing the excitement of being on a team that works together for the benefit of everyone’s success, is what continually drives her to learn, develop, and share.
Diane and her husband (who, is still the wind beneath her wings!) moved to Las Vegas after many decades of raising a family together. It’s a city they’ve always loved and have watched blossom over the years with a quality of life not easily found elsewhere. Having something for everybody at any age, Las Vegas is a phenomenal metropolis that everyone now wants to visit, so they often find their guest rooms filled with family and friends.
When Diane met Paul, he was in active preparation to expand and launch his company to a new level. His incredible knowledge and strong foundation in real estate seemed to be a perfect fit when he asked her to apply her talents and passion to developing a successful enterprise. Their driving goal together is to find a way of reaching out and helping others achieve productive answers in every aspect of their real estate journey.
